The answer is yes! Hiring a professional will ensure your makeup will photograph beautifully and last all day. I will also provide a fun enjoyable experience onyour wedding day. I can come to you!
Do you have minimums to travel?
I will travel for 3 or more makeup services. Be sure to include the address where you want your makeup done. Then we can discuss a travel fee.
Is a deposit required to book my wedding date?
Yes, a signed bridal contract and 50% retainer of the wedding day total are required to reserve your wedding date. No date can be reserved until the contract is signed and retainer is paid. The retainer will be put towards the final bill and is non-refundable and non-transferable. BRIDAL CONTRACT
Do I need a trial?
A trial is a very important step when booking your makeup artist. This gives us a chance to try some ideas and see how you feel when the makeup is applied. We will customize the look from there so we know exactly what you want for the wedding day. If you love your trial we can go ahead with a contract and 50% deposit to officially book your wedding date.
What should I bring to my trial?
I will have everything we need. Feel free to bring products of your own if you have allergies or you simply can't live without something. Try to have your hair done and wear a shade of white similar to your dress to give you a better idea how the makeup will look on the wedding day. It really helps! Bring some makeup inspiration pictures and your face freshly cleansed and moisturized.
What about lip touch ups?
If you would like to touch up your lipstick throughout the day I recommend purchasing a lip color. I will apply it for you that day and then you can keep it with you for touch ups.. All your girls are welcome to bring a lip color. Highly recommended for brides.
Should I try Airbrush makeup?
Both traditional and airbrush makeup look beautiful on the skin. Traditional makeup has a water base so it is more hydrating and can be customized from medium to full coverage. Temptu SB Airbrush makeup has a silicone base making it more sweat proof and great for someone with oily skin. If chances are it will be hot and humid, airbrush is my go to! It has a very lightweight feel with medium coverage and it lasts the longest!
How long does each service take?
I like to give myself an hour to work on the bride and 45 minutes for each additional girl. It is very important that your girls are ready to start makeup promptly. Its the only way to have everyone finished on time and have everything running smoothly.
